Model and Strategy
The purpose of this project is to use the power of the law and the courts to safeguard reproductive health and rights in the face of unprecedented threats from the Trump administration, Congress and state legislatures. What is ultimately at stake is women’s dignity and equal status under the Constitution – their ability to make decisions about pregnancy, parenting and their own economic, physical and mental well-being.

Women and girls have access to affordable, highquality and respectful reproductive health services where they live
Strong Supreme Court ruling in Texas case is leveraged to strike down similar laws and new restrictions in 11 or more states
