Model and Strategy
Louie Schwartzberg’s films of nature and beauty have been viewed by millions of people around the world, who then oftentimes share an expression of profound gratitude and healing. The collection of these stories- from presenting before the UN Climate Summit to witnessing the generosity of other species, to laughing with female prison inmates- became so provocative that Gratitude Revealed evolved from a journey of 15 short films to explore the scientific proof of visual healing. Each film focuses on a unique component of gratitude, and our goal now is to combine this work and collectively present the very embodiment of empathy, discovery and diversity.
Impact
Gratitude Revealed aims to have a lasting footprint by creating a supplemental program around the film that extends from educational institutions (K12, universities) to faithbased groups, to work places and families. We aim to have these materials available online for an indefinite period of time that offers the film and supporting scientific research behind the concepts, with the hopes that it will be a resource for the community at large.
