Chagai M. Weiss is a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford’s King Center on Global Development and a senior research fellow at the Polarization and Social Change Lab. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spent two years as a Middle East Initiative predoctoral fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.

 

Chagai’s research focuses on the political effects and institutional remedies of conflict and polarization. His research has been published in various outlets, including Cambridge University Press, The Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences, The American Journal of Political Science, and The American Political Science Review, and his book “Prejudice Reduction at Scale: How Institutional Inclusion Reduces Social Exclusion” is under advance contract with Princeton University Press.
