Lester Snow has served as Secretary of the California Natural Resources Agency, Director of the California Department of Water Resources, Regional Director of the Bureau of Reclamation, Executive Director of the CALFED Bay-Delta Program and General Manager of the San Diego County Water Authority. Snow currently serves on the Board of Directors for California Water Services Group and the Water Education Foundation.
