Amity Health On Wheels

Model and Strategy

Amity believes healthy food and viable work can play a pivotal role in maximizing long-term recovery . Employment has long been established as critical to ending recidivism. Through this Food Truck project, Amity will develop a mobile classroom for healthy food prep along with a hands-on food service employment training program for ex-inmates, both of which provide life skills that can help break the cycle of incarceration.
